My Cool Home is built by Hubble — an Australian technology company specialising in digital tools for home energy performance, comfort, and building sustainability.
My Cool Home began as a community-led programme in 2022, supporting residents across western Adelaide to understand and improve the comfort, energy efficiency, and resilience of their homes. Through this work, we've engaged directly with households, local government, and industry to translate building performance into practical outcomes.
Hubble works at the intersection of software, building science, and user experience — turning complex assessment data into clear, actionable tools for industry, government, and households.
Our team brings together experience in:
- Energy efficiency and thermal performance
- NatHERS-related workflows and residential building assessment
- Digital product design and software development
- Data modelling, user engagement, and decision-support tools
This is not a generic software product adapted from another industry. It's being developed specifically for the residential energy efficiency space, with direct input from the people who work in it.
During the trial, you'll work directly with the Hubble product team — the people shaping the platform and reviewing feedback — not a third-party support channel.
